Sunday. Monday and Tuesday I watched the 48 hours of Daytona.
It was one of those crazy races that just happens every once and a while.
I was fortunate enough to go "Americas Race" on a few occasions.
The sights that I witnessed truely make it "Americas Race".
Some young uninhibited ladies, flashing for beers.
A guy walking around with a funnel, letting fellow NASCAR fans pour
anything and everything into the damn thing.
Within all of this madness, the one sight that really stood out to me had to be the little
troop of Girl Scouts selling their boxes of cookies.
These brave little troppers went right up to some big burly bikers and
asked if they would like to buy some cookies.
Man did they buy. Probably something like a dozen boxes!
Next to almost buying a motorcycle, this had to be one of the most delightful
parts of this trip.
There are a few big shows coming up in then next month or two.
HydroElectric, Black Pyramid, Roadhorse, The Uncomfortables and Spoken Like a True Hero
will all be at The Flywheel on March 31st.

May 4th finds the Donut Kings working the groove at The Paper City Brewery.

As of now, this is scheduled to be my debut with the Donuts crew.
It should be exciting, it has been awhile for me.
Them There Ghost will be playing at the Luthiers Co Op on March ninth.
Plus the guys will be playing a benefit on the tenth.
